Meeting was called to order at

General membership present: Frank Glick, Laura Agatha, Bob Wylie, Tim Bunyan, Dave Toms, Sharon Mayes, Joe
Mayes.
Treasurer's report: There is a balance of
$4,944.85 in the account.
Voting on by-laws
Approved by unanimous decision.

and confirm and make ballot to be sent to the general membership.
New Business:
Bay Cruise
So far there are 4 boats going. We need a minimum of 8
boats with a confirmation 2 weeks prior. Flyer
to go out next week.
Friendship Cruise-in
We need a flyer. Will SYC mail?
Buzz Howard, represented by Paul Hairell,
would like CCYC to sponsor a drink for the Mayorship
of Rat Island. This was discussed at length. Not considered a club
function. Majority vote was to not sponsor this event as all CCYC members
have not been notified of the party.
