Kick - Off Party Saturday, January 31, 2004 Holiday Inn, Downtown, 300 J Street, Sac, CA in the California Ballroom (Ground Floor) 6:00 p.m. - No Host Cocktail Hour - John Q’s - 16th floor 7:30 p.m. - Buffet Dinner - California Ballroom (A no host bar will be available) Raffle: Ongoing throughout the evening – See attachment! 9:00 p.m. – Dancing and all around "FUN!" Music, once again, will be performed by "The Cast". Rooms are available at the Holiday Inn by calling the hotel directly at (916) 446-0100. Ask for the CCYC group room rate of $99.00, per room, per night, or boat in to the Old Sacramento Docks. Contact the City of Sacramento for docking details. Dues must be CURRENT to attend the party. Two people, per boat with paid membership. Guests will be $50 per person, if space allows. To ensure your dues are current, review your member roster. (If your membership reflects a January date, then your dues should have been paid by December 31st, if your membership reflects a February date, then your dues should be paid by January 31st.) Checks for dues should be made payable to CCYC and sent to: 2710 Ramp Way, Sacramento, CA 95818, attn: Crystal Spencer. Checks must be received prior to signing up for the kick-off party. Space is limited to 150 members. Reservations will be taken until Tuesday, Jan 27th.
