Form Directions:Event Coordinator - Please fill in each field of the Event Form with the appropriate information for the event you are coordinating. Once you have done this, press the "Submit" button and your information will be sent to our webmaster. (Please make sure you include you phone number or email address in case of any questions.) The webmaster will then format the information and add or update the event page on the CCYC website. Event Reviewer - Please fill in the Review Form at the bottom of the page only and press the "Submit" button. Your information will be sent to our webmaster.
